1. Shipping Policy

We export premium quality spices including turmeric powder and chilli powder to various countries, including the USA and UK. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we process and dispatch shipments promptly.

Shipping Time: Depending on the destination, shipping time typically ranges between 7 to 30 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. This will be communicated during the quotation and order confirmation process.

Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary by country. We provide all necessary export documentation to support smooth clearance.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as we begin processing and packing your goods for export.

3. Return Policy

Due to the nature of food and spice products, returns are generally not accepted once goods have been shipped and delivered. However, if you receive a shipment that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet agreed specifications, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear evidence (photos, documents) so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

In genuine cases, we may offer:

• Replacement of goods (where feasible)
• Partial refund
• Other mutually agreed solutions
